Alocasia ‘Sarian Variegated’ PSP-236
Alocasia ‘Sarian Variegated’ is the variegated form of Alocasia ‘Sarian,’ a hybrid believed to be a cross between Alocasia zebrina × Alocasia micholitziana (‘Frydek’). It combines the elongated, upright form and patterned stems of zebrina with the dramatic leaf shape and bold venation influence of micholitziana. The cultivar name ‘Sarian’ is widely believed to honor Filipino agriculture journalist Zacarias Sarian for his contributions to horticulture. The variegated form features creamy white to pale yellow marbling across deep green foliage, creating strong architectural contrast.
This listing is for the exact plant shown. It is a rooted and established starter plant with active growth. This plant was corm grown from my personal collection. Decorative cover pot is not included.
Care
• Light: Bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation
• Water: Keep evenly moist but not waterlogged
• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity
Variegation pattern and leaf size may continue to develop as the plant matures.
