Plant and Style with Peachy
Thank you for supporting Plant and Style with Peachy, a licensed California plant nursery. We take great care in selecting, preparing, and packaging every plant to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Because plants are living organisms and shipping conditions are outside our control once a package leaves our facility, the following policies apply to all orders.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your plant arrives severely damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following documentation is required:
• A full continuous video of the unboxing beginning before the sealed package is opened
• Clear photos of the plant and packaging
• Your order number
The unboxing video allows us to verify the condition of the plant upon arrival and ensures fair resolution for both parties.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Stress
Plants may experience minor cosmetic damage or temporary stress during transit, including:
• Slight yellowing
• Drooping leaves
• Minor leaf damage
• Media disturbance
These are normal shipping occurrences and do not qualify for refunds.
Most plants recover quickly once acclimated to their new environment.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Schedule
Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to minimize the risk of plants being delayed in transit over the weekend.
Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff may ship the following week.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS or USPS, depending on destination and service availability.
Typical transit times range from 2–4 business days, though delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
All plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.
Plants are shipped in inert media consisting of coco coir and perlite in compliance with plant shipping regulations.
Each order is securely wrapped and stabilized inside the shipping box.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to agricultural regulations and inspection requirements, we currently do not ship to the following locations:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Territories
We also do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders placed with shipping addresses in these locations may be cancelled and refunded.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Plant and Style with Peachy is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation Policy
Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for retrieving their package promptly upon delivery to avoid damage from heat, cold, or prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.
Plant and Style with Peachy is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including:
• Packages left outdoors
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Delayed retrieval of the package
• Theft or missing packages after delivery confirmation
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect shipping address
• Delivery refusal
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
The order will not be refunded.
Reshipment may be requested at the customer’s expense if the plant remains viable.
Live Plant Disclaimer
Plants are living organisms and each plant is unique. The plant you receive may vary slightly in appearance from listing photos due to natural growth patterns.
Unless otherwise stated, listings show the exact plant you will receive.
Plants may experience temporary shipping stress, including:
• Minor leaf yellowing
• Cosmetic leaf damage
• Temporary drooping
• Media shifting
These conditions are normal and typically resolve once the plant acclimates to its new environment.
Because plants are living items, perfection upon arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Plants can be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit.
Customers placing orders during periods of extreme heat or cold assume the risk associated with weather exposure.
Plant and Style with Peachy is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during shipping.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their local weather conditions before placing an order.
Plant Care Responsibility
Once plants are delivered, proper plant care becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Plant and Style with Peachy cannot guarantee plant health if improper care occurs after delivery, including but not limited to:
• Overwatering
• Underwatering
• Improper lighting
• Improper humidity
• Repotting stress
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for plants that decline due to care conditions after delivery.
Quality Assurance
Plant and Style with Peachy documents the condition of plants and packaging prior to shipment for quality assurance purposes.
